Since 2011, Fruitelli World has been importing Mexican certified refrigerated and frozen ¨Lean No-Roll Boxed Beef Primals¨ and 80/20 & 90/10 trimmings from European and Zebu breed mixes raised and processed in TIF/USDA certified Mexican slaughter houses located in Baja, Nuevo Leon and Sinaloa.

Each one of our supplying ranches, raise over 3,000 heads of cattle of Zebu, Hereford, Angus, Charolais, Simental, Limousin and other breeds slaughtered and processed at USDA, TIF and HCCAP certified slaughter houses. Grain feed is given to the cattle during 120 days previous to sacrifice enabling higher quality. Most of these plants already export to Japan, Korea, Russia and USA.
