Applications
Intended for a variety of food processing and culinary applications, including cooking, baking, soups, beverages, cheese manufacturing, meat processing, seasoning, prepared mixes, direct application and food manufacturing. Non-food applications include acting as a carrier, chemical and bulking agent in many household and personal care products.

Baja Pacific Salt is certified ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. Baja Pacific Salt does not contain genetically modified organisms (GMO-free) and genetic engineering is not applied during its production process
Packaging and Storage
Available in 50 lb kraft polypropylene bags. Standard pallet (40¨X48¨) configuration includes 50 bags, of 40¨ height. Store at a cool, dry area, relatively free of odors and humidity less than 75%
